At BAYA, craftsmanship is king.
Each object tells a story and the articles proposed are part of a fair and equitable commercial logic, in accordance with ecological, ethnic and social convictions. BAYA is looking for traceability, but also how the object was made. The selected materials are noble and natural.
Linen, jute or wool, but also banana fiber are mixed with mango wood, terracotta, leather, metal…

Inspired by travels and human encounters, BAYA combines colors and traditional crafts with collections that combine multi-ethnic design.
The articles are from all sources, but very targeted. Each country, each region, has its specialty.
Baya collaborates with artisans around the world, combining timeless design with traditional skills and natural materials.
FAIRTRADE.
BAYA works among others with established artisans who have a local and rational production.
BAYA works with partners who pay special attention to the environment by using natural or recycled materials.
Traditional skills used by suppliers have been passed down from generation to generation.
Some objects come directly from fair trade.
